Bangbae Residense
This project renovates an aging apartment for a ceramic artist, focusing on preserving the existing structure while revealing the architectural order of the space. Previously varied finishes were unified to clarify structural elements such as columns, ceilings, and slabs. The overall interior adopts a restrained palette
and refined furniture detailing, emphasizing spatial voids and allowing the artist’s ceramic works to be presented within a calm, unobtrusive backdrop.
